The European Computer Driving Licence (ECDL) is an entry-level computer certification intended to show a user’s competence in all-round computer use within a characteristic similar to office environment. The ECDL is not be the most helpful certification to get in terms of cost, time involved, and abilities developed for those wishing to embark upon a career in I.T.
