Curriculum
Section 1: The Enneagram Intensive. It is a five-day course integrating psychological life and spirit. Also it offered as stand-alone workshop. The Enneagram Intensive offers a full examination of the structure and psychodynamics of the nine personality types. It is including the basic proposition, instinctual subtypes, patterns of personal reactivity and defense mechanisms. Participants concentrate on personal development and relationship issues with other types through self-inquiry, process interactions and specific strategies for change.

Section 2: Foundations of Spiritual Method and the Typing Process. It is six-day course (or three days for Spiritual Method only). The first three days are concentrates on type structure as a means of spiritual evolution. The group of method in the Narrative Tradition is used to demonstrate how to unite psychological self-observation with spiritual method to further one's development and integration. This segment of the EPTP curriculum is open to the public as a stand-alone workshop.

The second three days is The Typing Process. They are brings instruction and practice in typing and panel interviewing. In this way there is need of special attention for distinguishing among types using verbal, non-verbal and observational cues. To develop their Enneagram interviewing skills with coaching and feedback participants have a rare hands-on opportunity.

Section 3: The Internship Process. Every student may select a supervisor or mentor from the program. Moreover they may conduct 18 typing interviews and two panel practice sessions. Half of them are coached by the supervisor or mentor. These sessions concentrates on both technical skills and self-management of the interview and inquiry process. This is one-for-one relationship with an experienced certified teacher. Teachers provide an excellent context for further learning and practice. Also every student may complete a review. In addition they may submit it to the supervisor for assessment and feedback prior to attending Section 4.

Section 4: Professional Certification. It is six-day course. This course in some way repeats the Enneagram Intensive. This program offers a full examination of the structure and dynamics of the types. Candidates for teacher certification during the first period, conduct interviews with support and feedback from staff. Also candidates demonstrate typing skills and receive additional instruction. The second period integrates the material. Moreover graduates receive a Certificate of Completion. They are eligible to use the Licensed Teaching Materials Package.
