The aim of such program is to teach in the Narrative Tradition of people speaking on their own behalf. The most effective way to teach the Enneagram and recognize differences personality is through people speaking from their own experience. The results take place in case participants are seated with people of the same type, sharing their insights and personal stories.
Very useful is to use the panel interviews that bring the Enneagram alive through meaningful conversation and insights. Moreover we combine our teachings in the Narrative Tradition with informative lectures, self-observation practices and group exercises. It is in case to create a powerful immersion experience. This is done with the help of type, guided interactions, movement practices, psychological practices and deep personal inquiry and reflection.
